- The glass plates are cut into pieces before being superimposed.

- Then come the cooking: A gradual rise in temperature up to about 800 degrees.

- Cooking on a well-specified curve will last more than 2 hours and will fuse the glass into a single plate with rounded edges.

Then there is the assembly, to make you beautiful jewels. Here the glass has been pierced in the center before the assembly.
